Wickersley Youth Junior Football Club Under 11 Girls win league shield

A huge well done to our Wickersley Youth Junior Football Club under 11 girls who have won the league shield in their first season as a club.

The girls travelled to Shelley FC in Hudderfield to face Shaw Lane Aquaforce and brought home the victory with a 3-0 victory.

This brings about a tremendous victory for the girls as many had only started playing football in the last year or 2.

Well done to manager Damien Cain and all the girls for a fabulous achievement.
