The 17th annual Wickersley Youth Festival of Football took place this weekend and was considered a resounding success.

The event which took part over the weekend of 2nd/3rd July featured over 120 teams with age groups from Under 7’s up to Under 14’s.

The event was put together by Tournament director Chris Glossop and helped run smoothly by a number of club volunteers who helped organise things such as carparking and catering from Friday night all the way through to Sunday afternoon.
